Obtain an overview of the principles and elements that make up this sector of international legal traffic, through an analysis of its main instruments applied to practical cases
Description of contents: programme
-Item 1: Uniform Right of International Trade: introduction -Item 2: Uniform Law of international contracting: general instruments. The Rome I Regulation -Item 3: International Sale of Goods: Vienna Convention -Item 4: International Sale of Goods: Incoterms -Item 5: International Transport of Goods Contracts -Item 6: Uniform International Guarantees -Item 7: International financing means. Documentary credits.
Learning activities and methodology
The master classes (conceptual) will be appropriately combined with the realization of practices that allow students to make contact with the real problems of the sector. The magisterial sessions, in any case, will tend to be integrated within the framework of a methodological reflection of a Socratic nature, in which the students will be asked to contribute actively to the identification of the principles and rules of the discipline.
