The appearance of the Company of the Information is transforming our form of life up to ends that still turn out to be difficult to assimilate. The constant technological advances stimulate this process that spreads to all the areas of the life, modifying the productive cycles, the economic exchanges, the flows of knowledge, the interpersonal relations. This phenomenon supposes, in what here it is interested, the progressive incorporation of the Technologies of the information in all the areas and they represent a great challenge given the innovation of the situations that they raise and the dynamism that it provokes and, especially, the transformation in the Law. Of there, that has been (and continue being) necessarily to check juridically this situation in such a way that the right channels the new relations
At the end of this subject, the student must be able to prove the acquisition of the following competences:
