The appearance of the Company of the Information is transforming our form of life up to ends that still turn out to be difficult to assimilate. The constant technological advances stimulate this process that spreads to all the areas of the life, modifying the productive cycles, the economic exchanges, the flows of knowledge, the interpersonal relations. This phenomenon supposes, in what here it is interested, the progressive incorporation of the Technologies of the information in all the areas and they represent a great challenge given the innovation of the situations that they raise and the dynamism that it provokes and, especially, the transformation in the Law. Of there, that has been (and continue being) necessarily to check juridically this situation in such a way that the right channels the new relations At the end of this subject, the student must be able to prove the acquisition of the following competences: Generic competences: 1. Capacity for analysis and synthesis 2. Ability to organize and plan 3. Capacity of abstraction and deduction. 4. Problem solving. 5. Team work. 6. Ability to apply knowledge in practice. 7. Learn how to search different sources of information through the Internet. Specific competences: 1. Ability to understand and know the existing legislation on Information Technology 2. Know the existing administrative organization 3. Be able to identify problems and apply the corresponding legislation 4. Demonstrate interest in the new legal problems that technologies present

Learning activities and methodology
The system of continuous evaluation is based on a practice-oriented, which will reinforce learning theory through direct experience in cases that should facilitate the understanding and management of teaching contents. Academic activities are divided into Lessons Lectures (large group) and Practice Sessions (small groups). 1. Lectures (Large groups), in which the outlines of the subject of the relevant item will be presented. 2. Practice Sessions (Small Groups), in which specific activities are developed through a practical view of the content of the topics will be offered. The activities to be specified and published in global classroom at the start of the course for every teacher and should always include the resolution of practical exercises and, where appropriate, other control activities such as reading literature or relevant sentences, test surprise and partial or questions to check the level of knowledge on the subjects tests.
