Objectives
GENERAL OBJECTIVES - To know, identify, understand, and practically apply the essential principles of public and private activities in the digital environment. - To develop the ability to interpret the legal and organizational framework of public and private activities in the digital environment. - To analyze, plan, evaluate, and control the risks derived from non-compliance with the regulations governing public and private activities in the digital environment. - To interpret, analyze, and assess the regulations that govern public and private activities in the digital environment, with the ability to provide general advice. - The ability to critically analyze legal texts for correct interpretation and, when applicable, application in the subjects of the Master¿s program. - To identify the organizations involved in this area, their competences, actions, resolutions, etc. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES - To identify and understand the technological foundations on which digital markets and services operate. - To identify and understand the economic foundations that determine the operation of digital markets and services. - To have a solid foundation in intellectual property, particularly in the digital domain. - To advise, negotiate, and defend the interests of individuals in the contracting of computer goods and services, the acquisition of internet domains, and the use of digital identity systems. - To distinguish between various digital services and differentiate them from other related sectors such as telecommunications and audiovisual services. - To be capable of providing advice for the development of activities in this field.

Learning activities and methodology
TRAINING ACTIVITIES - Theoretical-practical classes. - Search for training materials, such as case law, resolutions, etc., and tasks involving comprehension and presentation of the same. - Individual student work, presentations, defenses, etc. - Resolution of practical cases. Active participation in the sessions is important. Since the master¿s program is in-person, attendance at classes is essential for grading. Students must comply with the attendance requirements set out in the Master¿s academic regulations and in AULA GLOBAL to be evaluated. TEACHING METHODOLOGIES The methodology to be followed in this course will be as follows: - Presentations in class by various professors with the support of IT and audiovisual media, where the main concepts of the subject will be developed, and bibliographical material will be provided to complement student learning. - Critical reading of texts recommended by the course professor: newspaper articles, reports, resolutions, manuals, and/or academic articles, either for subsequent discussion in class or to expand and consolidate subject knowledge. - Resolution of practical cases, problems, etc., presented by the professor, either individually or in groups. - Presentation and discussion in class, moderated by the professor, of topics related to the course content, such as case law, legislation, resolutions, etc. - Preparation of individual or group works and reports, involving information gathering by the student. TUTORIALS: Students will have access to tutorials with the person responsible for coordinating the subject. The tutorial aims to organize the teaching and learning process based on interaction between the student and professor with the following purposes: (i) To guide the autonomous and group work of students. (ii) To explore different aspects of the subject. (iii) To guide the academic and integral development of the student. Tutorials will take place at the times and under the conditions determined by the professor on Aula Global.
