Description of contents: programme
Lesson 1: The policies and regulation of equality and non-discrimination in the ILO conventions. Lesson 2: The European recommendations on gender discrimination at workplace. Lesson 3: The Spanish framework on equality and non-discrimination and its application. Lesson 4: Wage gap. Lesson 5: The equaility and non-discrimination in the collective agreements. Lesson 6: Equality plans (I). Concept, content and steps. Lesson 7: Equaiity plans (II). Procedure of negotiation. Lesson 8. Remuneration transparency and its regulation in the RD 902/2020, 13 de octubre, de igualdad retributiva entre mujeres y hombres. Lesson 9: The protection of equality and non-discrimination. Lesson 10. Analysis of cases about equality plans.
