Objectives

- Knowledge of the main concepts of gender theory. - Understanding of the relationship between the results of the labor market with gender perspective and other issues related to sustainable development like poverty, inequality, race discrimination, educational levels and health outcomes. - Ability to use the main available information tools for diagnosis of gender norms and gender discrimination. - Understanding and ability to use the concepts of gender analysis, gender statistics and gender data - Ability to analyze situations of gender discrimination as a violation of fundamental rights and its consequences on perspectives of sustainable development. - Ability to analyze policy application in gender perspectives while recognizing the main advantages and shortcomings of the alternative methods. - Ability to synthesize perspectives and ideas in light of empirical reality

The evaluation in the extraordinary call will be based on a final paper/ write up or an exam
