Description of contents: programme

The Master's Thesis is a subject of 12 ECTS consisting of the preparation of an original research paper (between 70-100 pages aprox.) on a specific topic of Public Law written in Spanish under the direction of a professor and its public presentation before a commission where the student will defend the main results obtained in his research. The results of the research must be original and unpublished. The research work and the TFM will have to deal with subjects corresponding to areas of knowledge different from each other among those of the Departments promoting the Master.

Assessment System

% of continuous assessment (assigments, laboratory, practicals...) 0

The assessment will consist of the score given to the TFM by the commission that judges it, after its oral defense by the student and a brief colloquium with the members of the commission, if necessary.
The defense will take place in a public and in-person event. Only exceptionally will the online defense be authorized, for justified, unexpected reasons beyond the control of the student.
