Objectives

Criminal organizations and international crimes 1. The criminal enterprise. Models of criminal organizations (with special mention to gangs and gangs). The unstructured criminal organization. 2. Purposes of criminal organizations. 3. Discipline in criminal organizations. 4. International legislation on criminal organizations 5.The internationalization of criminal organizations and instruments to combat them - Criminal - Procedural - The competent Jurisdiction 6. Typification of criminal organizations in the Spanish CP 7. Main crimes committed by criminal organizations in their international projection.
