1. The formal activity of the public administrations: concept and function of the administrative procedure. 2. Principles and general rules on procedure. 3. Special procedures. 4. Administrative claims and other dispute resolution mechanisms. 5. Judicial review.

Assessment System

% of continuous assessment (assigments, laboratory, practicals...) 20

Participation in class can be assessed with up to 20% of the final grade. The rest will correspond to the final exam or work presented by the student, depending on the criteria given by the teacher.
