Objectives
The objective of the subject is to verify, by means of research work, the correct application of the knowledge acquired by the students. It allows students to face the complexity of formulating judgments based on information and to communicate their conclusions and knowledge to specialized and non-specialized audiences in a clear and unambiguous manner. The ability to produce a structured and coherent work in the field of alternative dispute resolution, and at the same time to transmit clearly and precisely the project developed, is thus evaluated.
Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
-Development of final work on any of the topics taught within the framework of the compulsory subjects and / or optional Master. -Oriented mentoring oversee the development of the final work, answer questions and guide the student. -Face sessions in which the final papers before the court designated for evaluation will be presented.
Learning activities and methodology
TRAINING ACTIVITIES - Theoretical classes - Practical classes - Individual student work TEACHING METHODOLOGIES -Presentations in class which develop the main concepts of the subject and provides the bibliography to complement the learning of the students. -Elaboration of works and reports individually or in group. -Critical reading of recommended texts of the subject studied:press articles, reports, manuals and/or academic articles, well for its subsequent discussion in class, either to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject.
