Objectives
-Approach to the meaning of 'vulnerability' in the field of human rights, both in the theoretical and in the positive law. -Identification of differential treatment which constitute discrimination -Knowledge of the most important tools to address discrimination -Awareness in relation to the areas in which the legal articulation of rights is consistent with the exclusion of certain persons

Oppression and domination 2.2 Tools against discrimination and Antidiscriminatory Law 3. Some concrete issues: sex, age, disability, migration
Learning activities and methodology
We will work on some theoretical and doctrinal texts, on some cases and on some examples of public policy measures. Some cases and measures will be provided by teachers, students will have to select others
