Learning activities:
- Theoretical classes. Lectures (0.8 ECTS).
- Theoretical-practical classes. Explanation of models combined with illustrative exercises (0.72 ECTS).
- Practical classes. Exercises to consolidate the understanding of models and concepts (0.28 ECTS).
- Theoretical and practical classes. Discussion and sharing of cases, with previous preparation by students (0.16 ECTS).
- Practical classes. Discussion of articles, professional reports...with previous preparation by the students. (0.12 ECTS).
- Laboratory practice. Computer work sessions for solving optimization exercises (0.24 ECTS).
- Continuous evaluation activities during classes (0.08 ECTS).
- Partial and final evaluations (0.2 ECTS).
- Individual and group work of the student. Tutorials, individual and group (3.6 ECTS).
Teaching methodologies:
- Preparatory and previous work of the student. Analysis of exercises and critical reading of texts recommended by the professor: Exercises, articles, audiovisual material, reports... for later discussion in class.
- Lectures. Lectures in class by the professor with the support of computer and audiovisual media, in which the main concepts of the subject are developed and the materials and bibliography are provided to complement the learning process.
- Practical sessions. Resolution of problems, etc. posed by the teacher individually or in groups.
- Laboratory practices. Team work sessions, with computer for the resolution of optimization exercises.
- Class discussion, under the moderation of the teacher, of case studies on companies selected by the teacher and previously worked by the students individually.
-Class discussion, under the moderation of the professor, of articles, reports, audiovisual material prepared by the students in advance of the session.
-The materials that require previous preparation will have an associated test to be taken in class.
