The continuous evaluation system is based on practice-oriented teaching that aims to reinforce the learning of theory through direct experience in cases that should facilitate the understanding and management of its content.
Academic activities are divided into Master Lessons (large group) and Practice Sessions (small groups).
1. Master classes (Large Groups), in which the general lines of the subject of the corresponding topic will be presented.
2. Practical Sessions (Small Groups), in which specific activities are developed through which a practical vision of the content of the topics will be offered. The activities to be developed will be specified and published in the global classroom at the beginning of the course by each teacher and will always be oriented towards practice that aims to reinforce the learning of theory through direct experience in cases that should facilitate the understanding and management of its content.
B) METHODOLOGY TO USE
Presentations in class by the teacher with the support of computer and audiovisual media, in which the main concepts of the subject are developed that will serve as a conceptual and analytical basis in connection with the objectives set and with the documentation provided for the study and the bibliography is provided. to complement student learning.
Critical reading of texts recommended by the subject teacher: reports, resolutions, jurisprudence, manuals and/or academic articles,
for subsequent presentation and/or discussion in class with the purpose of expanding and consolidating knowledge of the subject.
Group or individual work
. The case studies that are presented in the theoretical-practical session may be developed by students in groups or individually. In general, students must upload the cases worked on and analyzed to the Global Classroom within the period indicated by the teacher.
. Students must actively participate in the theoretical-practical sessions proposed by the teacher.
C) TUTORING REGIME
The tutorials will be carried out at the time and under the conditions determined by the teacher in Aula Global.

If new extraordinary measures are adopted that require distance teaching, it will continue to be taught under the same conditions initially foreseen (with the same programming, methodology, activities, etc.), although all practical sessions will be taught online.
Indications on the use of Artificial Intelligence tools
In this course, students should not use artificial intelligence tools to carry out the work or exercises proposed by the faculty. In the event that the use of AI by the student gives rise to academic fraud by falsifying the results of an exam or work required to accredit academic performance, the Regulation of the University Carlos III of Madrid of partial development of the Law 3/2022, of February 24th, of University Coexistence, will be applied.
