Automated Cataloguing

1. Discuss the creation and maintenance of bibliographic information in different information environments. 2. This course is an advanced study of theory and practice of automated cataloging as a means to describe and access to information resources of libraries. The bibliographic description is completed with the standardization of access points and its logical effect: the authorities catalog, essential tool to ensure effective information retrieve. Lends further emphasis on new systems of description and access. It is formed mainly by the following contents: Item 1.
