Objectives
Students will understand the tools, challenges and opportunities that legal frame offers to the touristic management of cultural heritage. They should also develop skills to manage cultural heritage in compliance with that legal frame.

Description of contents: programme
1. Cultural heritage in the Spanish Constitution. In particular, article 46 and allocation of responsibilities. 2. Different types of protection. 3. Legal regime of immovable property. 4. Legal regime of movable property. 5. Intangible cultural heritage. 6. Museums, archives and libraries.
