To this end, the course seeks to provide the student with tools to understand, analyse, and interpret the various topics addressed in the subject. The goal is for the student to acquire the necessary and up-to-date knowledge, always supported by the teaching of professors and professionals who are experts in the field. The training covers not only the theoretical framework but also the practical and technical aspects necessary to understand, analyse, work with, and critically assess the various issues addressed. To analyse the facts and the legal framework required to draft claims or administrative applications, as well as to intervene in judicial proceedings and before regulatory bodies such as the CNMC, the AEPD, the AESIA, the CNMV and other authorities. Specific objectives: ¿ To determine and analyse the actors involved in this field, their obligations, and their impact on competition and on the improvement of society. To interpret and examine the rules and documents issued by European and national authorities, applying appropriate legal criteria for their proper understanding and use. ¿ To interpret and apply the legal, organisational and contractual framework that regulates and conditions professional activities in the audiovisual sector. To evaluate the applicable regulations and their enforcement in the various areas in which professional activity in the audiovisual industry may be carried out. ¿ To prepare reports, legal opinions, procedures, and administrative claims or judicial complaints to carry out professional activity in law firms, companies, or public or private institutions in the various areas studied in the Master¿s programme. ¿ To draft, structure, and write contracts, agreements and basic documents addressed to service providers and users in this sector, ensuring their regulatory compliance and correct application in the professional field. ¿ To draft and structure basic legal documents for the defence of the rights of users and service providers in the regulated sectors of the Master¿s programme in the event of the imposition of sanctions. To identify the competent public authorities and determine the appropriate judicial or administrative channels for their submission and processing. ¿ To defend the rights of audiovisual service providers before the competent public bodies and, where applicable, in the judicial sphere. ¿ To critically analyse legal texts for their proper interpretation and, where appropriate, application in audiovisual matters. ¿ To advise and defend the rights and obligations of audiovisual content producers and of the general public.
