Preparation of an opinion or demand, in relation to a complex multidisciplinary assumption, to which a response will be given in writing and subsequent oral defense.
Learning activities and methodology
The especialization of the tutor of the Final Master Project should coincide wit the chosen of TFM modality. Given the final objective of the master's degree (to provide knowledge to enable students to practice law and prosecution), the TFM does not consist of addressing a legal aspect from a dogmatic perspective, but rather the preparation of an opinion or claim, in relation to a complex multidisciplinary case/supposition. For this reason, the role of the tutor is to guide the students in solving the case presented so that they can demonstrate practical knowledge, resolving any questions or doubts that arise about it.
