Objectives
The course objectives are that students achieve : 1) Recognize , understand and describe adequately , institutions and procedures of major environmental and tourism regulation. 2) Recognize and consider the consequences of environmental protection measures and management measures applicable to the tourism sector sufficiently designing, developing and implementing strategic , managerial, and tourism consultancy . 3) Solve complex problems related to the impact of tourism on environmental resources

Learning activities and methodology
FORMATION ACTIVITIES a) Theoretical-practical classes b) Individual and group tutoring sessions c) Discussion of cases d) Carrying out individual and group professional quality work e) Group or group tutoring The blended modality will establish a lower number of hours in the classroom 40% of each subject (AF1), and more time of online work, which will be valued within the training activities AF2, AF6 and AF7, in addition to attendance at face-to-face tutorials and systematically online (AF5). TEACHING METHODOLOGIES Presentations in the teacher's class with computer and audiovisual media support, in which the main concepts of the subject are developed and the bibliography is provided to complement the learning of the students. Critical reading of texts recommended by the teacher of the subject: Press articles, reports, manuals and / or academic articles, either for later discussion in class, or to expand and consolidate the knowledge of the subject. Resolution of practical cases, problems, etc. raised by the teacher individually or in groups Exhibition and discussion in class, under the teacher's moderation of topics related to the content of the subject, as well as practical cases Preparation of works and reports individually or in groups Use of Artificial Intelligence tools selectively allowed in this subject. The faculty may indicate a list of works and exercises that the student can perform using AI tools, specifying how they should be used, and how the student should describe the use made of them. If the use of AI by the student gives rise to academic fraud by falsifying the results of an exam or work required to accredit academic performance, the provisions of the Regulation of the University Carlos III of Madrid of partial development of the Law 3/2022, of February 24th, of University Coexistence will be applied.
