Objectives
The Master's dissertation es the final step in the Degree's curriculum. The approach is professional, in coherence with the Master's goal and contents. The student acquires competences of analysis of practical legal problems, of search of sources, of application of rules and case law to real problems, of reasoning, of oral and written communication, and of innovation.
Skills and learning outcomes
Description of contents: programme
At the outset of the semester, the Dissertations' Director will publish one or more practical cases, so that the students solve them. Said cases will include contents of several courses of the Degree. The director will assist the students during the semester, but without providind direct solution to the cases and problems posed to them. The students will write the solutions in a final essay. The essay will have to be orally defended in front of an examination panel.
