1. Introduction to decision making. 2. The analysis and previous diagnosis. 3. Identification and description of problems. 4. Analysis techniques. 5. Communication of problems. 6. Planning in decision making. 7. Establishing objectives. 8. The generation and evaluation of alternatives. 9. Individual and group decision making (techniques and tools) 10. The implementation and monitoring of decisions 11. Communication of decisions.
Learning activities and methodology
